Director Matt Frame took on an outrageous publicity stunt, sitting through his own film ‘Camp Death III in 2D’ for 48 consecutive hours.
The event was streamed live via Facebook on Saturday December 29, 2018 with viewers encouraged to post comments and questions to Frame and several cast/crew of ‘Camp Death III in 2D!’ who dropped in to provide live commentary during the broadcast.
“The rules are simple” said Frame, “Between viewings, I am allowed 10 minutes to stretch my legs,

On February 15, 2019 the film is being released digitally via Amazon Prime, hence the underlying

“Believe me, I comprehend how idiotic and self indulgent this appears,” declared Frame “but if I

cramping 109km (67 miles.)
The walk, while humiliating, netted nearly $15,000 and helped finance the filming of ‘Camp Death III
in 2D!’ in September of 2014.
This time around the priority of the campaign is exposure, not money.
“Amazon Prime is a great platform but has less-than-stellar search capabilities” explains Frame, “if I
don’t make a huge effort to promote my film then it will get lost among the 18,000+ other movies.”
Asked about the slight air of desperation tinging his event, Frame replied: “Oh, that’s not a slight air,
it’s a thick fog. However, I need to do all I can to ensure that my golden years are spent eating
pudding and yelling at pigeons and not ruing the day I couldn’t be bothered to promote my own
