A ringing doorbell. A missing snack. One suspicious hair. For Bruno, ordinary relationship problems come with an extraordinary partner.
Living with someone means getting used to their little habits. For Bruno, it also means getting used to Wanda: his terrifying monster partner, whose presence can turn the smallest everyday moment into a nightmare.
Wanda & Bruno is a horror comedy project from Germany, created and produced by Joshua Vogt. Its short videos follow an unusual couple through situations that feel surprisingly familiar. Wanda brings the fear; Bruno brings the weary look of someone who has been through this before.
At the heart of the project is a simple relationship dynamic. To a stranger, Wanda would be a reason to run. To Bruno, she is also the partner he shares his daily life with. He still has to answer the door, deal with her reactions and navigate the small misunderstandings that come with being a couple.
That familiarity is where the humour lives. Wanda remains unsettling, and the atmosphere stays rooted in horror, while Bruno’s dry responses give the audience a moment of recognition. Even with a monster beside him, some relationship problems are still relationship problems.
Each video offers a brief glimpse into their shared world. A single hair can cause trouble. A doorbell can announce something unexpected. A chocolate bar can become far more important than it should be. Across these small encounters, viewers get to know the same two characters a little better.
The project is available on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Three of its most viewed TikToks have reached approximately 6.1 million, 3.5 million and 3.1 million views, based on rounded public counts checked on 28 October 2026. Together, they offer a starting point for anyone wondering what everyday life with Wanda might look like.
