Production has started on Joshua Sowden’s brand new horror feature Don’t Leave.
When Alison moves into her new home, the terror begins immediately. A demonic medieval Court Jester — a centuries-old entity bound to the property through an antique bell — begins terrorising her with a ferocity unlike anything she has ever witnessed.
With nowhere to turn, she calls Paranormal Adjacent, a paranormal extermination service run by Miguel, a seasoned investigator who has dedicated his life to closing doors the rest of the world pretends don’t exist. Miguel doesn’t work alone. His brother Leo has been by his side on every case.
Leo has been dead for twenty years. As the investigation escalates beyond anything the brothers have faced, it becomes clear the Jester isn’t after Alison — it’s after the bond between them, the one thing keeping them both tethered to this world.
