Read all about the film that cost Michael Caine an Oscars appearance.

This time…it’s personal!

Artwork for The Shark is Roaring: The Story of Jaws: The Revenge was provided by Brendan Haley of HaleyDoodles, featuring Revenge star Lorraine Gary and the shark that would terrorise her throughout this bonkers aquatic horror.

Author Paul Downey commented,

“I am delighted to be teaming up once again with BearManor Media, to tell the story of Jaws: The Revenge, a film near and dear to my heart.

“This book has been a labour of love for a while, and it has been a fascinating experience talking to so many people involved in the production plus researching the film’s origin, its production and the fallout from its poor performance which ultimately sank the Jaws franchise.

“There is also bonus chapters on the Jaws NES game, a tribute to the late Judith Barsi plus a chapter written by notorious Revenge critic and filmmaker B. Harrison Smith.”
