Turn of the Screw from director Alex Galvin is now available on Blu-ray from Bayview Entertainment.
Julie, an actress, finds herself as a last-minute replacement for a new stage adaptation of Henry James’ immortal ghost story “The Turn of the Screw.”
Arriving at the theatre for a dress rehearsal, she is immediately thrown into her role, playing to an empty auditorium.
As she interacts with the other characters and the story becomes increasingly terrifying, Julia begins to believe that not only is the fictitious house in the play haunted – but also the theatre itself.
