From the outset the film exists in a challenging dystopia, and once you finally figure out what is going on, you will be along for the ride.
We have themes of the power of the suggestion and how it can be manipulated for untoward gain, whether its for scientific purposes or even political.
Ultrasound won’t be for everyone, but it deserves credit for trying something different and going out of its way to be downright weird.
