A new trailer has been released for indie horror The Young Cannibals ahead of its debut at the Cannes market.
The film centres on seven young friends who summon a monster when they are tricked into eating burgers made of human flesh.
The Young Cannibals was written and directed by Kris Carr & Sam Fowler, and produced by Charlie Pride.
Despite many people advising against it, Sam, Kris & Charlie set out to make a feature film immediately after graduating from University, and not stop until it was finished.
Influenced by directors such as Sam Raimi, Robert Rodriguez, Edgar Wright and Peter Jackson with an onus on practical gory effects.
The Young Cannibals was a grassroots effort with the filmmakers enlisting the help of 30 fellow film school graduates as part of the crew.
Enduring weeks of filming in arctic temperatures, torrential downpours and an actual tornado in Snowdonia and heaps of snow in the French Alps and blowing up two cars (on film) in the process.
