In some rather bizarre news Asda stores have decided to ban indie horror slasher Pool Party Massacre from their stores.
Apparently some stores have received numerous complaints about the images used for the DVD cover.
Despite this setback, Director Drew Marvick believes everyone involved in the film should wear this as a badge of honour.
He told Bloody Flicks,
” I suppose I should be happy that we got banned from the ASDA stores since some of my favorite horror films of all time were famously banned in the UK.
“But first I’ve got to figure out what is so offensive about that beautiful DVD cover so I can make sure to do it again,” Drew commented.
Just to clarify Pool Party Massacre is still available in all other stores across the UK including Amazon and HMV.
