Indie horror fans have reason to celebrate this October.
The final installment in the acclaimed Tahoe Joe trilogy, Tahoe Joe 3: Concrete Wilderness, from filmmakers Dillon Brown and Michael Rock, premieres October 1 exclusively on Found TV, with a wider streaming release slated for later this year.
The Bigfoot trilogy has earned a cult following through its blend of DIY grit, festival recognition, and inventive storytelling. The first two entries are currently streaming across multiple platforms (Tubi, Plex, Roku, etc.), both earning multiple awards and selection slots on the horror festival circuit.
This final chapter pulls audiences into a Lake Tahoe legend, expanding the duo’s knack for grounding supernatural terror in a sense of place. Reno’s horror hub Terror also makes a cameo, cementing the film’s local indie cred.
Rock and Brown, real-life friends and dads who started making movies on weekends, have carved out their space in the indie horror scene through persistence, community collaboration, and a love of the genre. The cast once again features a slate of Reno-based performers, many new to film, alongside members of the disabled and veteran community, furthering the duo’s commitment to authentic representation in horror.
With its mix of folklore, inclusivity, and grassroots filmmaking, the conclusion to the Tahoe Joe story promises a wild sendoff that independent horror fans won’t want to miss.
Tahoe Joe 3 arrives on FoundTV from 1 October 2025.
