Arrow announces July 2025 releases including Cobra in 4K!

Arrow Video has announced its July 2025 releases, which include a 4K release of the Stallone action slasher Cobra.

From the sleazy video nasty vaults comes Zombie Flesh Eaters, on Limited Edition 4K UHD – a movie so stained with controversy and moral indignation that the very mention of its name sends shudders down the spines of the weak-stomached and censorious. A gut-munching, shark-wrestling, eye-gouging orgy of mud-caked undead terror and Italian splatter from the dark imagination of horror genius Lucio Fulci (The House by the Cemetery, City of the Living Dead), after over 45 years it still has the power to shock and offend the unwilling. Check out this classic ‘sadist video’ and revel in a wonderfully tasteless movie that once helped usher in a moral panic! The 4K restoration includes three audio commentaries, video essays, archival featurettes, a reversible sleeve, perfect bound collector’s booklet, double-sided fold-out poster and six double-sided collector’s postcards. It’s also released on Limited Edition 4K UHD in an Original Artwork edition as an Arrow Store Exclusive.

There’s more cult horror in July, with The Stuff, on Limited Edition 4K UHD, from horror auteur Larry Cohen (director of the It’s Alive series and scribe behind the Maniac Cop trilogy). A titillating treat for the tastebuds which blends elements of films such as Street Trash with the straight-up B-movie flavour of The Blob, The Stuff asks the question: ARE YOU EATING IT… OR IS IT EATING YOU? The 2-disc release includes a brand new restoration and brand new audio commentary, documentaries, never before seen interviews, a reversible sleeve, and a collector’s booklet. The second disc contains an early, pre-release cut of the film featuring over 30 minutes of additional footage and a different music score, exclusively remastered by Arrow Films. So grab a spoon and dig on into The Stuff – the taste that delivers… much more than you bargained for!

July sees the release of Narc, on Limited Edition 4K UHD, a natural successor to the violent thrillers of the 70s from director Joe Carnahan, who brings the genre screaming into a new era, setting the standard for the modern cop drama with its gritty, unrelenting tone and style. Jason Patric (The Lost Boys) and Ray Liotta (Goodfellas) head up the cast in one of the best crime films of the 21st century, back in an intense filmmaker-approved 4K remaster, with brutally immersive Atmos audio, and featuring hours of on-set interviews and bonus features, as well as a reversible sleeve and a collector’s booklet. It is also available on Limited Edition Blu-ray.

Next in July, Crumb Catcher on Limited Edition Blu-ray. Two married couples collide in writer-director Chris Skotchdopole’s truly unique and darkly funny home invasion thriller from the stable of Larry Fessenden’s Glass Eye Pix (The House of the Devil, The Ranger, Depraved). With terrific performances by the entire ensemble cast, this absurdist and satirical peek under the tablecloth is a chilling, yet hilarious, ode to the failure of the American Dream and “an insanely impressive directorial debut” (Collider) from Skotchdopole, highlighted as one of the Best Horror Films of 2024 by The Hollywood Reporter. Beautifully shot and wonderfully wild, Crumb Catcher comes with a reversible sleeve and collector’s booklet. Don’t miss this opportunity of a lifetime!

CRIME IS A DISEASE. MEET THE CURE: Cobra on Limited Edition 4K UHD. Fresh from the global success of Rambo: First Blood Part II, Sylvester Stallone and director George P. Cosmatos re-teamed for the iconic 80s action-thriller Cobra, this time waging a one-man crusade against crime on the streets of Los Angeles. An era-defining example of glossy high-octane Hollywood cinema, Cobra arrives on Arrow Video in a sparkling new restoration with a wealth of new and archival extras, plus a reversible sleeve, collector’s booklet and poster.

Finally, in July, The Nightwatch Collection on Limited Edition Blu-ray. Years before Nordic Noir took the TV world by storm with such hits as The Killing and The Bridge, writer-director Ole Bornedal had already put the genre on the map with Nightwatch, an unforgettably nail-biting thriller and the breakout film of both Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Game of Thrones) and Kim Bodnia (Pusher), also featuring Sofie Gråbøl (The Killing) and Ulf Pilgaard (Borgen) Full of captivating performances and foreboding suspense, Nightwatch and Nightwatch: Demons Are Forever represent the high watermark of Nordic Noir and are a must-have for any genre film aficionado. The 2-disc limited edition set includes an audio commentary by writer-director Ole Bornedal, a making of documentary, brand new video essays and more, and comes with a poster, booklet and reversible sleeve.

Pre-orders all of these titles now on Arrow Video.
