Movie Theater Massacre, written and directed by Ian Courtney was filmed entirely at the historic Redford Theater in Michigan. It stars Jalen Wilson-Nelem, Adam DeFilippi, Caitlin Cavannaugh, LeJon Woods, and Linnea Quigley and is now streaming on Apple and Amazon.
In addition to Movie Theater Massacre, Voyag3r have also scored the feature-length films, Killer Kabbage and New York Ninja.
The Ladder is a 1980s ninja film, written by and starring 70’s kung fu legend, John Liu. The original production company went out of business before the film was finished, so all the unedited, principal reels of film sat on a pallet for over 30 years.
Fast forward to 2019 and the Connecticut-based film preservation company Vinegar Syndrome acquired New York Ninja and had one of their employees, filmmaker Kurtis Spieler, assemble the film and give it a life that it never had, from back in 1984.
