North American release for Wild Eyed and Wicked confirmed

A North American release date has been confirmed for Wild Eyed and Wicked by Gravitas Ventures.

Wild Eyed and Wicked follows Lily Pierce (Kunz) in her attempt to strike back at the medieval creature that’s haunted her family for generations.

She must reconnect with her estranged father, Gregory (Sommers), a disgraced history professor, and learn how to draw upon a time of steel and blade when armour-clad knights rode out and dueled monsters to the death.

Lily’s therapist (Camp) and girlfriend (Saunders) attempt to help Lily navigate the childhood loss of her mother, Silvia (Estes).

They encourage Lily, on the anniversary of her mother’s death, to accept her father’s invitation to visit him on the farm where Lily grew up.

“Wild Eyed and Wicked” modern-day knight is Lily Pierce, played by the sensational Molly Kunz, co-lead of NBC primetime show “The Irrational” now filming Season 2. “Wild Eyed and Wicked” is coming off premieres at Dances with Films NYC and Austin Film Festival where it won the Dark Matters Audience Award. Austin Film Festival and Moviemaker Magazine named the film’s writer/director, G.S. Foxwood, one of their 2024 “25 Screenwriters to Watch.” Previous films from Big Bad Film include Bastard (2015) and Threshold (2021), which is currently streaming on Arrow Player.­
