This is body horror that is quite explicit, even though it starts with someone eating a grape.
Seeing this from the inside is not a pleasant experience, and director Erik Semashkin is here to make you feel uncomfortable about an everyday occurrence.
There is some excellent practical effect work here that maestros like Bryan Yuzna and David Cronenberg would be proud of.
