FrightFest, the UK’s No.1 horror fantasy event, which returns to the renowned Glasgow Film Festival for its 19th year, from Thurs 7 March to Sat 9 March 2024, has announced it will be screening the UK premiere of THE SOUL EATER.
From co-directors Julien Maury and Alexandre Bustillo, who, as part of the vanguard of French Extreme cinema brought you INSIDE, LIVID, AMONG THE LIVING and THE DEEP HOUSE., now unleash their most devilish and sinister creation to date.
Two detectives with completely different work methods are sent to the sleepy French mountain town of Roquenoir. One is investigating a series of gruesome deaths. The other is searching for some missing local children. Soon they realise their cases are connected… by an old folklore legend of a malevolent creature, the terrifying incarnation of the Soul Eater.
