I must admit, this is the first film I can recall where a person’s armour has become possessed.
They didn’t have this plot strand in Army of Darkness!
We follow a medieval knight who appears to have escaped the battle, only to find his own armour may have a mind of its own.
What could have come across as oddly slapstick turns quite dark fast as the suit attempts to crush his body.
It would be fascinating to find out how this occurrence came about, but I guess that could be another story. Has he become cursed in battle or did he just pick up the wrong armour?
My Dreams Have Been Dark of Late has a nasty edge and shows no chinks in its armour, well unless you’re wearing it that is.
