Nicholas Vince has today released a clip from I Am Monsters!, which premieres at the prestigious FrightFest film festival on Monday 28th August.
Following the success of his one man show, I Am Monsters!, at the London Horror Festival and a sold out performance in Las Vegas, genre legend Nicholas Vince brings the show to the big screen as a feature length documentary.
In I Am Monsters!, Vince talks about his experiences as a teenager which led to the creation of the Chatterer in Hellraiser, and much, much more. The film includes behind the scenes stories from the making of Hellraiser, Hellbound: Hellraiser II and Nightbreed; excerpts from the horror literature which shaped him and confessions of the times he truly was a monster.
Clive Barker wrote of I Am Monsters!, “Nick charms and chills us, mingling the witty and the nightmarish, the man who laughs behind the mask. He has such tales to tell.”

The movie’s stunning poster art was created by Graham Humphreys, whose previous work includes artwork for Evil Dead II, A Nightmare on Elm Street and FrightFest’s own festival artwork.
I Am Monsters! will premiere at FrightFest on Monday 28th August in Cineworld Leicester Square, London at 11:20AM. Director and star Nicholas Vince will be in attendance along with Producer Stewart Sparke from Dark Rift Horror. FrightFest is the UK’s biggest horror & fantasy film festival, running from 24th – 28th August and this year marks its 24th edition.
