Regular viewers of the Soho Horror Film Festival will know the name of Tim O’Leary from the queer supernatural web series Demonhuntr.
O’Leary is back with the new queer horror short The Third, where a couple invite over a third party and gets more than they bargained for.
The couple in question are clearly going through a mid-life crisis of sorts, seeking therapy and considering becoming a throuple.
There is commentary around the perils of online dating plus the signature comedy, viewers may recognise from O’Leary’s previous work.
The Third goes in a slightly unexpected direction, flipping the narrative to a much darker tone in the blink of an eye.
Fans of O’Leary’s work will lap this up and he may even attract some new fans.
