Gravitas Ventures, an Anthem Sports & Entertainment Company, has acquired the North American rights to the tragic horror film, “Pollen”.
The movie is by first-time director DW Medoff and is a genuinely unsettling vision of the danger of people with power in corporate America.
Pollen tells the story of Hera, a recent college grad trying to climb the corporate ladder, who is sexually assaulted by her boss and gaslighted by her coworkers. Her life spirals out of control as she experiences strange occurrences and is stalked by a terrifying tree monster.
While the film is a gripping and terrifying story, it also delivers an important message about the reality of trauma, abuse and the toxic American office place.

Ava Rose Kinard, represented by Atlanta Models and Talent, makes her feature film debut as the lead “Hera” in Pollen. She tackles this complex, dynamic role and brings to life all the joy of a successful young woman and the deep pain that comes with inflicted trauma.
The film is not recommended for the faint of heart or those easily triggered by this sensitive material, as it deals with topics such as sexual assault and mental abuse. However, for those who can handle the intense subject matter, “Pollen” promises to be an unforgettable and powerful experience that will stay with you.
“Pollen” is RoleCall Film’s fourth feature film and is set to premiere digitally on June 6, 2023.
