Darkly comic Troy selected for Sundance Film Festival

Mike Donahue’s award-winning TROY: this darkly comedic tale of New York neighbours now selected for Sundance Film Festival.

Troy has loud sex. Troy has loud sex 24-7. Troy shares a wall with Thea and Charlie. Troy is ruining their lives… or is he saving them? A darkly comedic tale of New York neighbours, the ways in which we become interwoven with the lives of strangers, and the unexpected consequences of unasked-for intimacy.

TROY explores the way in which a neighbour’s noise can completely overtake your home and affect your daily life, particularly when living in close proximity in a city like New York.

This darkly comedic short film premiered at Tribeca and has since been selected for over 30 prestigious international film festivals, winning numerous awards along the way (including Outfest’s Audience Award for Best Narrative Short).

Now, this wonderful film has been selected to screen at the prestigious Sundance Film Festival in January.
