Ahead of the early bird deadline in September, the Bloody Flicks Awards has reduced the entry fees for short films and feature film submissions.
The early bird deadline for the Stoke-on-Trent-based film festival is 25 September 2022, with short film entry reduced to £5 per entry and feature films reduced to £3 per entry.
After the early bird deadline, the prices will now only increase to £6 per short film entry and £5 per entry per feature film entry.
Festival Director Paul Downey commented,
“We understand that people all over the world are feeling the pinch right now, so have made the decision to reduce entries until they close in January 2023.
“Making films, especially independently, like most of our entries is hard, so anything we can do to help filmmakers find their audience we will do.”
The Bloody Flicks Awards will take place on Saturday 25 February 2023.
