Having recently lost her twin sister to suicide, Helen Daniels is sent to a remote English cottage to rest and recuperate by her Uncle. Upon arrival, she meets a few of the locals who befriend her.
She describes her difficult childhood growing up in New York and gradually, having won her trust, she is drawn into a world of witchcraft, paganism and mythological beasts.
Casting for the film includes genre legend Vernon Wells (Mad Max 2, Weird Science, Commando).
