Submissions are now open for horror themed shorts for this year’s A4 Studios Halloween Scarefest, which is set to take place on 30th October 2021 at the A4 Studios in Altrincham.
Organisers are looking for horror shorts of any type as long as they are no longer than 10 minutes.
Ghosts, ghouls, zombies, serial killers, vampires are all welcome. Fiction, comedy, documentary, music video, experimental, animation, art films – they are open to all submissions as long as your film fits within the horror genre in some way.
They are looking for the original, the unusual and the quirky.
There will be an audience vote on the night for Best of the Fest. The winner will get Winner’s laurels, a unique trophy made by steam punk artist John Lockwood and a cash prize (more details coming soon!).
All selected films will get Official Selection laurels.
Films must fit within the horror genre (it’s a Halloween Scarefest!) but otherwise anything goes!
